Well it’s Friday, so it’s time to get the weekend started right! Enjoy this Moscow Mule recipe from VISC Chief Judge, Lauren Mote, which features the Second place category winner, Spud Vodka. This vodka, as you might have guessed from the name, is made entirely from potatoes instead of grain. Therefore, it is 100% gluten free! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2.00 oz Spud Vodka
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Ginger Beer

Method:
Build and pour over ice

Collins or copper mug (if you have)

Mint
